4. Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed via the Google Play Store. Subscriptions are governed by Google's billing terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Jack Courtenay (Developer) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
